Casting Group within Gedik Holding was established in 1967 and provided casting service to Termo Valve brand. In 1998, the capacity of increased by purchasing Sinto molding line (120 degrees/hour) for Sand Casting department.
 
The Sand Casting department can serve automotive, machine, electrics and construction industries as follows;
  • Automatic molding up to 0,2-50 kg/piece in Pig and Sphero casting,
  • Manual molding up to 50-2000 kg/piece,
  • Steel Casting; manual casting up to 400 kg with resin-cored molding.
The department extended its product range by beginning bronze casting in MILGEM project in 2009.
Gedik Casting, which applies all the processes including piece modeling, casting, machining and heat treatment in its own facilities, aims to be the market leader in its sector with its new investments.

OUR NEW PROJECT
 
50.000 m˛ area was acquired for casting group at Adapazarý 2nd Organized Industrial Area, and the first steps of a significant Project were taken where 25.000 m˛ closed area will be built.  We are planning to increase our 5000 Tons/Year capacity to 25.000 Tons/Year with the help of this Project.
